Mae,
tonight was your first

time inside the temple.

the florin ward reliefy society held

a fireside inside the waiting room...

and mommy's job was to translate

for the Mien group.

we took group pictures

outside and have to say you were 

the cutest-to say the least.

you were incredibily well-behaved
throughout the night!

people have got to see you to believe it! 
well,

except when you were trying

to 'sing along with us'
but hummed too loud & out of tune.

and.
except when you tried

to get down to the floor and

struggled so hard you farted out loud

and every one heard you
(including the matron who paused,
turned and looked at you) and

some gave you the little 'awwww' smiles. 
everyone in the room seemed pretty forgiving.
and since you're only 9 months,
mommy thinks it's okay to fart out loud.
so then on the way home,
(per tradition with or without daddy)
we stopped by in & out.
got daddy a cheeseburger
and mommy a hamburger (animal).
Mae read. ate. and went night night.
